All Staff,

In an effort to streamline the technology department service requests, we are implementing a web-based support request system. ALL support requests must be entered into our new support ticketing system. This will allow the IT department to efficiently organize support requests. Please do not be offended if you stop us in the hallway asking for help and we say “Please fill out the ticket response online.”

The online system can be found by clicking on this link. Submit Help Request Ticket. Please complete the simple questions and click submit. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an e-mail, and all future correspondence will be generated through the email.
