Current ISD 917 staff can earn UP TO $500 for referring new employees to our district!
What You Need to Know:
To be eligible for a referral bonus, you must submit your referral information via the ISD 917 Online Referral Form before the prospective employee's first day of employment.
- The referral program applies to new hires only. Rehires are not eligible.
- For start dates between July - November:
$250 if the new hire works for 90 calendar days
$250 if the new hire works for an additional 90 calendar days
- For start dates between December - June:
$250 if the new hire works 90 calendar days (or until the end of the school year)
$250 if the new hire continues employment at ISD 917 the next school year
