Kindness, art, games, fun, & friendship were all part of this year’s Unity Day Celebration, held on 10/25/23. Sponsored by the TESA Student Council and LGBTQ+ club, the event included all TESA students and staff to participate in the first of a planned annual Unity Day to celebrate inclusivity, kindness, and anti-bullying.
Each class created a minute to win it game, put on by students for students. Games included skee ball, cup stacking, Tenziee, chopstick challenge, water bottle flipping, and friendship bracelets.
Together, TESA students and staff created a Unity Day Wall Mural in support of Unity/Inclusivity/& Kindness around the world. What an incredible way to demonstrate our ISD 917 Core Values during National Bullying Prevention Month!
