Audiology Program

Educational audiology services are provide to member districts and in Intermediate School District 917 programs by audiologists holding licensure from the Minnesota Department of Health and certification from ASHA.

Services include formal hearing evaluations in a soundproof setting as well as assessment of a learner’s functional auditory skills and their ability to use their hearing for learning and communication in real-life environments

Audiological equipment is provided and maintained by ISD 917.  This equipment includes soundfield and ear-level FM systems for school use.
